Withdrawal Refund Policy
Students who officially withdraw within a refund period receive a pro-rata refund based on the date that appears on the Withdrawal Form (see below). Assessed Tuition, the Service Fee, the General Fee, and the Transportation Fee are refunded on a pro-rata basis less 5 percent (5%) of the assessed amount or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less. When a student notifies the official office of his/her intent to withdraw from the University, the date of that notification will be the date designated as the withdrawal date. The University has a pro-rata refund policy, so withdrawals should not be backdated.
A cancellation of registration may only be permitted if the student has not attended class nor used any University services during the term. For this reason, a cancellation is only valid if dated the day before the first day of instruction for that term.
